MIXO modules for powerful installation requirements and Energy Storage Systems

The range of MIXO modularity is getting wider, offering even more alternatives and solutions to any installation requirement.

Additional connections for powerful application and Energy Storage Systems are possible thanks to the dedicated modular units which, coming together with the new single-sized PE module and thermoplastic docking frames for blind-mating connector technology, furtherly simplify the installation and maintenance processes in these contexts, and play a critical role in ensuring reliability, safety and scalability thanks to a flexible and compact design.

CX 01 …/01B… – Line version

• 300 A 1000 V 8 kV, according to EN 61984
• UL/CSA rated voltage: 600 V
• PE modules equipped with spring plate for direct bonding
• easy opening of the contact holder and removal of the contact
• suitable for crimping tool C13PZ C according to DIN 48084
• in combination with C30 series crimp contacts (male finger proof version available).

CX 01 …/01B… – 90°-angled screw version

• 300 A 1000 V 8 kV, according to EN 61984
• UL/CSA rated voltage: 600 V
• male and female silver-plated contacts with M8 socket thread
• including special insulating plate and cover

CX 01 GPEF/M Single-sized MIXO PE modules

• 100 A 1000 V 8 kV, according to EN 61984
• UL 94 flammability class: V-0
• insulating body in reinforced polycarbonate, green-coloured, to identify its PE function
• two-part contact holder in zinc alloy, fitted with stainless steel lateral spring contact
• possibility to use the same conductor size for phase and earth wiring

 

Thermoplastic docking frames

• Direct panel mounting (both on the fixed side and the floating side of the coupling) without hoods and housings
• they replace also the traditional MIXO metal frames
• four sizes, available for fixed-mount – suffix PDF – and for float-mount connectors – suffix PDM
• easy snap-in insertion of MIXO module monobloc and manual removal of the modules

The modular units are suitable also for metal MIXO frames.
