Versatility, possibility of creating custom solutions and ease of use, these are the key points of the brand-new ILME insulating MIXO holder for single-slot modules (part number CX 01 TPF/M). The holder can be directly installed inside electrical distribution and control panels without either the employment of the traditional metallic enclosures.

By using this solution, single-sized MIXO modules can form:

– free locked connector coupling: the CX 01 TPF holder can be fixed to a DIN EN 60715 rail by the special CX APE adapter (on either sides);

– flat-fixed locked connector coupling: the assembly is fixed by 4 screws to the back-plane of a panel.

SNAP INTO THE TECHNOLOGY

The design consists of two parts in self-extinguishing thermoplastic insulating material, one with with pockets and one with hooks: respectively, the CX 01 TPM hosts the free MIXO single-slot sized modular connector half, the CX 01 TPF is dedicated to the counterpart.

In order to guarantee an easy and fast installation, the MIXO holder features a double snap in lateral lockings technology between the parts, letting the user build the independent connector without the use of specific tools.

The release of the two halves is done by finger pressing both short sides while unplugging the male, free connector half.

The module release by widening the inner flaps.

Designed to be as flexible as possible, the holder can be oriented on both sides (right-left) and the flaps for supporting the cables and wiring ties are on the right or left.
